Think Inside Out

A strong base is the way forward with all outdoor activities and mountain biking is certainly no exception. You want plenty of thin layers and for the really cold days a good set of thermals won’t go a miss.

It’s common practice in very cold countries to purchase merino wool layers for the clothing that will come into direct contact with your skin however this might be overkill here in Australia!

Something in the Middle

For your middle layer you need something breathable and lightweight. There is nothing worse than bundling up in all your layers just to get in the saddle and find your movement is completely restricted.

The chamois is from Dolomiti in Italy, who use a patented laser cut process to produce a single layer foam with multi density open cell construction which is excellent for on and off road long distance comfort. 

Both the fabric and the chamois are created using antimicrobial materials and we use Lite-Flex which has added moisture wicking properties for optimum comfort.

This brushed underside is what gives it its incredible moisture wicking qualities to help improve your thermoregulation on the bike. Our thermal accessories also come with a silicone gripper to keep them in place and reinforced stitching for a longer lifespan.

Quality Gloves

A good pair of long fingered gloves is absolutely essential for enjoying Autumn on your bike. When you hit the trails in Autumn you’ll soon lose feeling in your extremities which is why a good pair of gloves is invaluable.
